Albuquerque Genealogical Society Seminar ~ Saturday April 13, 2013 ~ 10:30 A.M to 4:30 P.M.
The Albuquerque Genealogical Society is sponsoring an all day seminar with Henry Z "Hank" Jones, Jr., Fellow, American Society of Genealogists, former Hollywood actor and entertainer, now nationally known writer and genealogical speaker, and the author of a number of books on Palatine immigration and "psychic roots". Seminar will be at the Albuquerque Public Library, Main Library Auditorium, 501 Copper NW Albuquerque
Henry Z "Hank" Jones, Jr., well-known speaker in genealogical circles, will present an all-day seminar here in Albuquerque. He combines his experience in show business with his expertise in genealogical pursuits to give entertaining and informative presentations. The sessions will include "When the Sources are Wrong", "Researching the Emigrant", "Family Tradition: Separating Fact from Fiction", and "Genealogy Today: Where We've Been and Where We're Going". This will be a paying seminar, with registration done in advance.

These one-hour webinar presentations are given twice monthly, on the first Saturday and third Wednesday of each month and are conducted by professional genealogical speakers and expert lecturers.
The inital broadcast is offered free to the public as part of SCGS's mission to provide educational services.
